Yes, pickup and delivery is available for select services and locations. Details can be confirmed during booking.
How much is wash & fold?
Standard wash & fold starts at $1.25/lb.
Can I include special instructions?
Yes. Add any special instructions, detergent sensitivities, allergies, or care notes when booking.
Do you remove stains?
We offer heavy stain treatment and always make a careful best effort, but we cannot guarantee removal of all pre-existing stains.
Do you clean comforters and bedding?
Yes. We offer cleaning for pillows, twin/full comforters, king/queen comforters, and Cal King/Queen comforters.
Do you work with Airbnb or rental hosts?
Yes. We offer rental laundry services for Airbnb hosts, vacation rentals, cleaners, and property managers.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise noted during booking. A Buy Now, Pay Later option is also available at checkout.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup window.
Do you issue refunds after service is completed?
No refunds are issued once laundry service has been completed and delivered.
